RAW stands for Rob Anderson Wrestling, named in honor of Coach Rob Anderson and his decades of dedication to Washougal wrestling. We build confidence and character on and off the mat.

All practices are held at the Washougal High School wrestling room.

Smalls (3rd grade and below)

Bigs (4th grade and above)
6:00–8:00 PM

Bigs only
4th grade and above and advanced 3rd graders

Schedule note: Practice times may change to accommodate matches and competitions. Additional advanced practices may be added during the season. Coaches will communicate schedule updates.

Please bring cash or a check to your wrestler’s first practice. Make checks payable to East County Cyclones.
Venmo may be an option. Please speak with a coach at practice about availability and payment details.

Before your first practice
Medical release & forms
All RAW wrestlers need completed medical release paperwork. Download the four-page packet, print it and bring it to a coach. You can also use the fillable version to type in basic information before printing and signing.
